CABINETS

As part of our promotion we receive a laminate extended bench top

The laundry comes with a linen cupboard but we have added a second linen cupboard side by side, half of the second cupboard will be shelves & the other half will be a broom cupboard ($550)

We have also added a magpie vent to the rear of the laundry brickwork for our dryer ($150)


SPLASH BACK

As standard we get a tiled splash back, we have chosen National Tiles Ash Wall Gloss (BELWP314) with antique white #21 grout

BASINS & TAPS

Trough - Everhard 45L Stainless Steel Trough (part of promotion)

Taps - Amada wall top assembly (standard)

Washing Machine - Raymor Armada Washing Machine Stops

LIGHTING

There is one standard batten light in the middle of the laundry.

ELECTRICAL

There is 1 double power point above the bench & 1 double power point below the bench for the dryer and washing machine.

The walls are Wattyl Flokati
The Tiles are National Tiles Como Taupe 450mm x 450 mm this was an upgrade $55 approx (i cant find a pic)
