On the 11th July 2011 we signed contracts to purchase our block of land (off the plan) in Bannockburn. Settlement of of block occurred on 1st March 2012.
Since signing the land contracts we have been looking at many different plans from different builders and finally on Saturday 25th August 2012 we made the decision to build
