The Drysdale 28

We spend a lot of time looking for the perfect home at a reasonable price

The main things we wanted in the house were looking for were:

- 4 bedrooms

- A theatre/Living room that could be closed off from the rest of the house

- The toilet / Bathroom located close to the living areas i.e not down a long hallway

- The master bedroom to be away from the other 3 bedrooms

- An alfresco area

The things that we wanted but were not essential were

- A study

- A Rumpus room

- A walk in Pantry

- A large laundry

- 2 Walk in robes in the Master Ensuite

We were very happy when we came across the Drysdale 28 as it included everything we were looking for and most of the things that we wanted & we were even happier to find out they they had a very good deal on at the time with allowed us many upgrades.
